Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings Bookings are confirmed once payment or a purchase order is received. Availability is only guaranteed after payment. Toilets on trailers must remain attached to a registered vehicle unless otherwise agreed. 2. Hire Period Hire begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on collection. Extensions must be arranged at least 24 hours prior and may incur extra fees. Late returns will attract daily hire charges. 3. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Between 24-48 hours, $25 administration fee applies, under 24 hours 50% of hire fees will be charged. On the day of delivery or after delivery starts, no refund is provided. No refunds for unused hire once delivered. 4. Delivery & Collection The hirer must ensure safe and accessible delivery and pickup points. If access is restricted or unsafe, a call-out fee may apply. The toilet must be left in reasonable condition for collection. 5. Damage, Loss & Theft The hirer is responsible for the toilet and trailer from delivery until collection. Damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full replacement or repair cost, including labour and transport. If involved in an accident, the hirer must notify us immediately and provide insurance details. Cleaning fees may apply if excessively dirty or misused. Failure to return or make the unit available for pickup may result in continued hire charges and legal recovery. 6. General Conditions Toilets are for human waste and toilet paper only. Do not dispose of rubbish, nappies, wipes, underwear, vapes, lighters, or materials. Such misuse can cause blockages or damage. Repair or hose replacement costs plus labour will be charged where misuse occurs. The hirer must not sublet, loan, or transfer possession of the toilet trailer without written approval.
